Position: Systems Engineer

Level: Executive

Location: UAE / India

Role Responsibility: 

Systems engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of netwroking, storage, servre, security and cloud solutions. This highly technical and hands-on position requires the incumbent to work in a team and individual work setting contributing to all aspects of system integration including design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, and validation. Systems integration engineers should be self-starters and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Job Profile & Duties

• Setting up Office 365 and Exchange Online.
• Migrating On premise Exchange Server / PoP mail servers to Office 365.
• On premise MS Exchange deployment and support (Exchange 2010 onwards).
• Setting up VMs and Networking Services on Microsoft Azure.
• Setting up and managing Virtual Machines on VmWare / Hyper-V.
• Installing Windows Server OS 2008, 2012 onwards, desktop operating system and required service packages and updates.
• Installation, configuring and managing Servers (HP & IBM), desktop, laptop, and printers.
• Installing Active Directory and user administration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP & DNS.
• Setting up LAN, WAN, Routers, Managed switches.
• Configuring NAS and SAN devices.
• Firewall and Anti-Virus configuration and troubleshooting (Fortinet / Cyberoam / Symantec / Kaspersky preferred).
• Administration of backup solutions such as Symantec. Configurations and data backup of services and implement recovery from disaster.Ability to exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Education / Experience

• Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering or computer science or diploma in networking technology.
• Certifications from Microsoft, Fortinet, Symantec, Kaspersky, Cisco and HP.
• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure deployment and support
